Session 2 · 90 minutes

Build it

Today you build the first version of your project: a name, a logo, a one-page website, 3 posts and a price. Your assistant does the heavy lifting, you make the decisions.

Homework round 10 min

What did people say? Say your idea again in one sentence, changed by what you heard.

Your project file 10 min

Fill this in and add it to the same ChatGPT Project or Gemini Gem as your "about me" file. Now the assistant knows you and your project. Update it after every customer conversation.

Build 50 min

Run these prompts in order, inside your project. Change what you don't like: ask again, or tell it exactly what to fix.

1

Sharpen the idea

Read my project file. Ask me 5 hard questions a customer would ask before paying me. Then tell me which part of my offer is weakest.
2

Name

Give me 10 names for this. Short, easy to say in Romanian and English, not cheesy. Say for each one why it works.
3

Logo

Make a simple logo for [name]: [a shape that fits], [2 colours] on white, flat style, no text inside the icon.

Or in Canva: Magic Media, same description. Download it as PNG.

4

One-page website

Build a one-page website for my project as a single HTML file. Sections: headline, what I offer with prices, how it works in 3 steps, an example of my work, contact via WhatsApp. Mobile first, my brand colours, no stock-photo look.

Use Canvas in ChatGPT or Gemini to see it live. Want it online? Copy the text into Google Sites, or ask Mark.

5

3 posts to find customers

Write 3 Facebook posts to find my first customers. Audience: [who]. In Romanian, short, not too many emojis, end with a clear question.
6

Price check

Here is what people said when I asked if they would pay: [paste]. Suggest a price for a first customer and a normal price later. Explain in 3 lines.

Show 15 min

Everyone shares their screen for 1 minute: name, logo, site. The group says one thing they like.

Homework

Show it to 3 people who could buy it. Ask: "What is unclear? What would make you buy?" Write down their words.
